你在培训班教的主要是小学生,小学生比较活泼好动,他们也比较听从老师的,对老师的话(不管对错的)但是百依百顺,你可能只要把课堂搞得非常生动,他们就会非常喜欢你的讲课了。

了解学生现状(备学生)。看有关本课时内容的相关背景资料和习题。

做详案(教案),设计好各个教学环节,想好自己要说的话,做什么提示或,设学生做的回答等。

设计教学环节

要科学、准确、合理、新颖、实用、贴合学生实际情况等。如果是较低年级,可设计得趣味性强些;高年级的,可以逻辑性强些。但都要准确,具有可作性和实用性。要尽量有竞赛,自我研究和讨论的时间或环节。
